This is a unique opportunity to join a new team responsible for activating the deep knowledge and experience of HP’s sustainable impact capabilities into the Commercial Organization with sales teams around the world. The successful candidate will be a critical part of the core CO SI team and lead three (3) high priority CO SI initiatives:Sustainability Solutions:HP is committed to meeting our customers’ needs and requirements for sustainability solutions. The successful candidate will work to determine and catalogue the existing HP sustainability solutions across PC and Print and work with the SI&C team using the unmet customer needs database to prioritize and facilitate the development of new sustainability solutions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across PS, Print and WSS business areas to ensure governance for a successful program. Sustainability Solutions connection to Unmet Customer needs and Sales Support Assets.Customer Engagement:As the external and internal Sustainability demands increase and expand with requests for increased transparency and accountability, ensuring agile responses to our customers and partners is critical to ensure the best outcomes. The successful candidate will help to document and develop roles and responsibilities between SI&C, the SCC, SI Champions and CO.Sales Support Assets Strategy:Compelling presentations and assets, easily accessible to sales teams for use with customers and partners, are key to our success. Leveraging these assets to differentiate HP because of our ambitious sustainability goals and science-based progress is essential. We are looking for someone with a passion for sustainability and extensive experience engaging with sales teams, customers and partners to drive the ongoing strategy for this important workstream. You should have demonstrated experience working in a global environment with many cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts. Progressing the repository strategy and user experience for housing these assets and ensuring ease-of-access will be a high priority. Experience with sharepoints, portals, MS Teams, Smartsheet and Onesource would be helpful. Ideally this person has a proven track record of working collaboratively and in ambiguity and often demonstrates creative approaches to solving complex business issues. Experience in project management and marketing tools and methodologies would also be a benefit.Responsibilities:Manage complex, time-sensitive, high priority global Sustainable Impact (SI) projects through excellent project management, creative insights and ability to remove roadblocksWork with sales, SI champions and marketing teams to ensure inventory of assets is compelling and creative to influence customers and partner decisionsEstablish and report on metrics to measure success of projects and institute processes for identifying and addressing performance gapsRegularly report status of projects and key metrics to multiple levels of stakeholdersWork closely with other workstreams such as Sales Operations and steering committees to ensure time and cost impacts to schedule are well understoodEstablish clear processes for refreshing, removing, and modifying sales support assets and contentAct as a key member of the CO Sustainable Impact program office influencing future projects and requirementsKnowledge & Skills:Very strong project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional, global initiatives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills including conflict resolution, negotiation, presentation, and influencePassion and strong business acumen about sustainable impactCreative marketing and content development skillsWell-developed leadership skills, including team-building, relationship management, partnership and consultative sellingAbility to identify emerging trends from market and industry data to help make clear and compelling recommendationsDemonstrated skills analysing business problems and removing roadblocksDesired Education & Experience:10+ years work experience in areas such as strategy, planning, operations, marketing, sustainability or demonstrated work experience as detailed in the sections above.
