Large Format Online Sales Manager - RemoteDescription -*This job can be remote anywhere in the US, with a preference for Alpharetta, GA & San Diego, CANA Large Format Online Sales ManagerE-commerce has become a critical contributor to the overall HP Large Format business focusing on both B2B and B2C segments throughout North America. The HP Large Format business is looking for a talented and creative sales manager to join the team to manage this critical route to market segment.This role will manage and direct an e-commerce sales team of partner business managers to achieve sales and profit goals. This person will manage, design, and recommend online sales programs and set short- and long-term strategies. Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Leading & Managing Sales PeopleManage both B2B and B2C sales across North AmericaOngoing coaching & performance management of the team.People development- Nurtures and advances the talent required to maintain HP sales force excellence within the area of control; sponsors and directs skill-building activities to increase the productivity and accomplishments of the sales force.Managing the BusinessTranslates business goals into actionable plans and strategies. Deploy goals and sales initiatives to drive volume portfolio market shareDrive pricing and promotion management in collaboration with the business and product category management teamEffectively collaborate with the marketing and omnichannel team to drive and optimize SEM funding based on analytic trendsCoordinate with the Category team to forecast and align to manage supply/demand matching to ensure shipment availability and optimizationLeverage competitive insights and market trends to improve overall online and digital plansEducation and Experience RequiredDirectly related sales management experience, preferably online or e-commerce experienceDemonstrated level of project management skills.University or Bachelor's degree.Typically 7+ years experience in sales.HP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:•  Dental insurance•  Disability insurance•  Employee assistance program•  Flexible schedule•  Flexible spending account•  Health insurance•  Life insurance  Per the New York, Colorado, Washington & California statutes, the estimated range of On Target Earnings (OTE) compensation for this job in those locations, at the time of this posting, is $208,000 - $301,600. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.Job -SalesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -75%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
