FinCorp BI Funnel Management & Delivery LeadDescription -The FinCorp Business Intelligence (BI) team is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to manage reporting-funnel intake and delivery in the OTC, ITR and PTP areas. This role will manage the reporting funnel for new requests and enhancements for both individual requests and POA projects. This role will help define requirements, prioritize work across entire BI funnel, manage deliver of ad hoc requests and liaise with product owners and RNA Delivery teams.As part of FinCorp BI Funnel Management team you will gain exposure across multiple BI technologies, products and platforms. You will establish relationships with L2 Finance organization BI champions to understand their reporting priorities, drive enablement and support delivery of those priorities. Responsibilities include:Works closely with BI Champions, Product Owners, SME’s and requestors to gather, understand and prioritize all necessary requirements.Collaborates with BI Design Leads to understand and identify potential solutions/dispositions for user story reporting requirements.Ensures that all new requests or enhancements are captured in HP NOW and/or JIRA with appropriate details to facilitate high level effort sizing.Drives prioritized new requests and enhancements through appropriate Change Request (CR) and/or Key Design Decision (KDD) process to gather all necessary approvals to schedule the delivery with IT and RNA teams.Ensures that proper documentation is captured in appropriate tools (JIRA and KDD tool) for requirements, approvals and delivery.Manages end-to-end delivery of ad hoc requests.Applies oversight of the delivery process for POA projects, working with RNA Delivery team to ensure that deliverables are staying on track.Raises risks/issues to management as they come up; develops risk mitigation plans; actively collaborates with delivery team to work blockers to resolution.Reports status to stakeholder groups and to management on a regular basisEducation and Experience RequiredFirst level university degree with a focus in finance or computer science; advanced degree preferred.Typically 6+ years of experience.Knowledge and SkillsExpert understanding of financial systems and processes in several areasExcellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholdersStrong presentation skills, including development of PowerPoint presentationsExpert analytical skills and the ability to synthesize change quickly using advanced subject and process knowledgeExpert understanding of accounting principlesStrong project management skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritizeAbility to generate original ideas and to bring about their implementationJob -FinanceSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
