CSSD Supply Chain Services Product ManagerDescription -Our organization (Services Supply Chain) plays a key role in the enablement and deployment of Services to our customers. Our Services Delivery Solutions & Sustainability organization is responsible to develop and optimize competitive delivery capabilities from a Supply Chain perspective. We are basically the R&D of services.At Services Supply Chain we are determined to become a strategic enabler of HPs Services business growth and transformation journey towards becoming a highly effective outcome-based services organization.A Product Manager engages with different teams within Workforce Services & Solutions and across HP to understand customers and business needs and leads cross-functional teams to develop Supply Chain solutions that will allow HP to meet business objectives and deliver the best customer experience.Responsibilities: 1. Asses, design, and enable Services Supply Chain solutions to support New Service Offerings in alignment with Workforce Services & Solutions operating plan2. Works across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced services and solutions, and associated processes, to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growth.3. Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross- functional activities that have a high impact on the services business.4. Provides mentoring and guidance to peers and more entry employees.Education and Experience Required: Advanced experience in several of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting or business planning prior to taking business management role.Typically, 12+ years to demonstrate mastery of Service Business Management.Experience in Supply Chain processes is a plus.Master’s degree in business management preferred.Knowledge and Skills: Ability to lead, inspire and partner effectively.In depth knowledge of Project Management techniques and methodologies.Job -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Costa Rica)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
