Microsoft Dynamics Expert and CRM Campaigns CoordinatorDescription -HP Store Europe is seeking a skilled Microsoft CRM Dynamics Admin with Campaign skills and CRM Processes knowledge to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering our CRM Dynamics system for our eCommerce Contact Centre Sales and Post-Sales operations in Europe, including creating and executing marketing campaigns and automation within the CRM system to optimize engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in CRM Dynamics administration and marketing campaign management, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective Contact Centre CRM Marketing strategies, including customer segmentation and data integration.Create and execute targeted Contact Centre marketing campaigns within MS Dynamics, including email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.Collaborate with Customer Experience team, to build within MS Dynamics, event-based journeys that reach customers across contact center touchpoints, growing relationships from prospects, through sales and post sales.Analyze customer and campaign data to optimize engagement and conversion rates.Monitor and maintain data quality within the CRM Dynamics system, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data across all systems.Develop and maintain CRM processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement CRM best practices in the Contact Centre.As a Key Stakeholder for Contact Centre CRM Roadmap, collaborate with MS Dynamics Product Owner to enhance and optimize CRM capabilities.Administer and maintain our MS Dynamics, including managing user accounts, creating and managing workflows, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.Configuring and customizing Contact Centre Microsoft Dynamics App to meet the needs of our business.Develop training materials and provide training to SMEs and CRM Experts on CRM Ways of Working and tools.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in CRM Dynamics administration and campaign management.Experience in designing and executing marketing campaigns within MS Dynamics 365.Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot, is a plus.Experience in analyzing campaign data to optimize engagement and conversion rates.Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Admin and Marketing Management.Experience working for Complex Organizations, in an international and multicultural environment.Solid work experience in Contact Centre, preferable Retail industry B2C & B2B.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Hands on individual with strong attention to detail and used to take ownership of responsibilities.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.If you are passionate about CRM and want to be part of a dynamic team, please apply with your resume and cover letter.
