ITSM Solution Consultant (ServiceNow)Description -Customer Support (CS) is aligning its leadership focus and organizational design to align with HP’s strategic priorities of shifting to contractual services business along with the required infrastructure transformation, while improving the customer and employee experience. The Contractual Category (CS-CC) is focused on everything that is Contractual / Managed services delivery and support to global and regional accounts, both for PC (Device as a Service DaaS) and Print (Managed Print Services) businesses. Both are growing businesses for HP.Within the Contractual Managed Services Category Team, responsible for Service Strategy and Design, this ITSM solution consultant (f/m/d) will join the solutioning and technology onboarding team as trusted advisor to sales teams during the pursuit phase regarding our managed services ServiceNow platform and other managed services tools.The candidate also needs to be able to act as technical lead to manage customer onboarding of large and complex accounts onto our IT Service Management (ITSM) infrastructure. This position is a combination of customer facing consultation and project management, business analysis and technical expertise and is the linkage between the customer to the capability enablement teams with close relations to sales solution architects and delivery deal assurance managers.Responsibilities: Single point of contact to pre-sales and CS delivery assurance teams for ITSM consultation and solutioning support to help them to find the best solution for the customer.Support presales teams and solution architects in customer presentations and design workshops.Run Due Diligence with customerCollect Requirements from Sales and Customer Account teamInfluence management in defining customer needs.Establishing and ensuring that appropriate Client On-boarding processes on HP ITSM tool are used/followed (such as reporting, risk management, lessons learned, quality, escalating, communications etc.).Leading the overall Customer On-boarding project on HP ITSM tool during Transition/Transformation phases of the deal - Report to Deal Transition Manager or Account Delivery Manager.Design ISTM ServiceNow onboarding project plan with internal transition team and customerConfiguration of the ITSM ServiceNow platform per requirementsWorkflows adaptationsUAT-Support into production phaseEducation and Experience Required: Must have an Undergraduate Degree (Preferred fields include Business, Computer Science, IT/ IS, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent combination education or experience), Master Degree is a plus.Typically 12+ years to demonstrate mastery of Service Business Management.ITSM Admin & Config experience 3 Year minimum (preferred Service Now).Minimum 6 years managing IT/Transition implementation projects.Knowledge and Skills: Focus on customers and excellent consulting skills.High knowledge of IT and services industry.Knowledge of ITIL tools/processes and big databases (preferably ServiceNow)Unique mastery and recognized authority in area of responsibility. Need solid technical, and state-of- the-art functional, or business knowledge.Highly developed problem solving abilities.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, develop relationships across organizations and accomplish goals under pressure situations. Strong skills in exercising independent judgment.Ability to correctly design reports and interpret their output.Highly developed project/ program management and change management skills.Solid understanding of business planning methods and business acumen.Excellent presentation skills. Highly developed negotiation/ influencing skills.Quick understanding of new technologiesSolid Excel skillsTesting/QA experienceFluent EnglishAny additional language (esp.
