We are expanding our bench of Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and Climate specialists to advance these goals through the entire value chain of the company.This position is focused on applying entry-level subject matter knowledge in areas of LCA and Climate. This includes assisting teammates on tasks such as developing and certifying carbon assessment tools, guiding carbon reduction strategies through LCA assessments, understanding process improvement needs, as well as using supplier actuals within our LCA tools.This hire will have a basic foundation of LCA principles, theories and concepts and will work on assignments of limited scope. They will use professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience, and develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. They will act as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts, and will exercise independent judgment within defined parameters.Responsibilities: Design portions of carbon assessment models peers.Certifying completed carbon assessment models.Assist LCA Experts with developing processes for partner organizations to implement and execute carbon reductions, guide carbon reduction strategies, and track reductions against company goals.Identify process improvements (data gaps, PCF product coverage, etc.)Understand supply chain carbon impacts and prioritizing areas for reductionInterpret data to identify major conclusions and formulate summaries.Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental or other Engineering, or equivalent.Typically 0-2 years experience.Understanding of LCA and carbon footprinting.Knowledge and Skills: Experience or understanding of lifecycle assessment science and software.Good analytical and problem solving skills.Basic understanding of material properties and hardware and electrical component design.Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.What we offer:Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world.
