HR GeneralistDescription -Responsibilities: Provides support to HR programs and initiatives within a business or function. May interface with managers on HR processes and policies.Identifies complex issues and assists HR management with solution development.Supports business HR by compiling and synthesizing relevant data, and develops reports that meet business needs.Utilizes tools and designs solutions to improve effectiveness.
