As part of this disruption, we help Print Service Providers streamline the manufacture of books, business cards, packaging, photos, posters, signage and almost anything else that can be printed.The IPS (Industrial Print Services Business) WW Current Business Management team is a team of young and talented professionals that are responsible for planning, forecasting, and analysing business plans (long and short term) and provide guidance, based on analysed business trends and directions, for decision making within the above mentioned business.We are now looking for a Junior WW Business and Data Analyst to support this team.Job Role and ResponsibilitiesIn accordance with plan and team guidance, performs/executes data collection and analysis procedures and data insight visualizations for assigned projects.Collects, records, and analyses data using established protocols and processes; communicates findings to other team members for review and feedback.Utilize historical data to perform requirements analysis and identify trend lines across several data sources within the organization to support decisionsApply predictive analysis and tools to forecast and employ business analytics (including an enhanced ability to quantify and qualify data)Utilize the Business Intelligence analytics database to carry out statistical analysis and ad hoc reporting as requiredAssures accuracy, integrity, and compliance of cleansed data.Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Assists in preparation of literature and presentations for peer review, publication, and delivery at industry and scientific events and conferences; creates patent applications and supporting documentation.Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.Education and Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experienceLess than 3 months extracurricular experience.Excellent English skills, written and spokenKnowledge and Skills RequiredDemonstrated analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skillsAbility to learn and draw on new analytical techniquesBasic knowledge of research methodologyDemonstrated knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modelingDeveloping business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibilityStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic understanding of project management methodologyKnowledge on Power BI, or additional databases such as SQL Server and MySQL is preferred.
