This exciting role is within B2C eCommerce Organization which focuses on delivery high quality customer experience on hp.com stores. As a Senior eCommerce Lead, you partner with cross functional team with in hp and external vendors, take part in architectural discussions with HP EA team and outside vendors, lead a good size team to design, develop and delivery performance efficient capabilities that drives business values. As a lead you act as an expert providing direction and guidance team and drive success. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.Responsibilities:As Senior B2C eCommerce lead delivery high quality enterprise solutions on eCommerce platformSolid background and experience in the field of eCommerce, including experience with headless commerce architectureClosely collaborate effectively with HP's cross-functional teams to align designs and solutions with the company's overall strategyBe adaptable and flexible and the discipline to handle many tasks at onceTechnical leadership for overseeing a line of work and formulating a holistic solution that moves everyone in the same directionLead numerous projects concurrently while developing software using agile approachesEducation and Experience Required:Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience10+ years of using HCL Commerce Version 9.x, Sterling OMS, Java, J2EE, Oracle, IBM DB2, Spring, and SOAP/REST API technologiesAt least 5+ of experience in Leading a high-performing team and meeting deadlines7 or more years of experience writing code (such as, and not limited to, Java, J2EE, SOAP\REST API, databases like SqlServer/ Oracle; IBM DB2, and Testing tools Experience of multiple full release cyclesKnowledge and Skills:The ideal candidate should be motivated and skilled at finding solutions to problems through creativity and innovationAdvanced understanding of modern software development methodologiesAdvanced understanding of modern software development tools and SCMAdvanced understanding of Software Test methodologies, and an expert in testing tools. Strong General Project ManagementStrong Customer/ Vendor ManagementStrong Business Analysis.
