Instant Ink WW Junior Program ManagerDescription -HP is hiring an Instant Ink WW Junior Program Manager to support our fast-growing Instant Ink Subscription service.  We are looking for talent with analytical and problem-solving skills, willingness to learn and gain experience in program/project management, and passion for new business development. HP Instant Ink is the flagship subscription service offered by HP, is a top strategic business priority, is now launched in 38 countries worldwide, and it holds the worldwide market leadership in subscription models transformation in the print industry. In this role, you will be supporting Instant Ink portfolio expansion and launch of the service to new countries. As the Instant Ink service expands geographically this position will support on-going management of the service in every country we expand to. You will participate in projects that involve cross-functional coordination between various teams (Global Business Unit, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Operations, and countries) to drive the roll out of the service, provide integrated products and solutions.Why HP?You want to work for us to solve real problems, be the disruptor in chief to overturn existing consumer behaviours and have the fire to radically transform our products/services forward looking.  You will have strong organizational support for innovation and a day-to-day operating environment of a fast-growing business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwner of WW localization projects - manage all translation requests for Instant Ink, find and identify any areas where the process flow could be improved.Proactively and consistently monitor competitors´ activities and provide high-level competitive analysis, develop sell against message for markets.Lead campaign setups for Instant Ink promotions (PURLs, PINs, Trial Extension, Promo Codes, Banners) and work with GBU to evolve the process flow.Run internal audits (PURLs implementation, price change update, overdue payments, HP Instant Ink & HP+ portfolio visibility at partners´ level)Manage and drive all new NPI setupsLocalized Content - help local teams to implement needed changes, review content and wording used in assets, to maximize quality translations, avoid misleading and confusing messages.Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
