Order to Cash Transformation Project ManagerDescription -The Supply Chain Transformation & Resilience (SCTR) organization is searching for a Project Manager in its Order-to-Cash (OTC) CoE to contribute to the transformation of our Customer and Channel Partner Order Capture capabilities.  Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories, or techniques. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines in which the company must operate to be successful. Provides highly innovative solutions. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Developsstrategy and sets functional policy and direction. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary jobfunction. Leads large, crossdivision functional teams or projects that affect theorganizations long-term goals and objectives. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower levelemployees.Responsibilities:Independently leads projects teams to design and implementation of a system solutionTroubleshoots independently, quickly finding the root cause of the most complex issues and resolving them.Runs major cross-functional projects supported by team members and oversees several workstreams.Partners with internal customers to deliver reports and resolve the most complex issues.Uses in-depth knowledge and research to generate and implement innovative new ideas that will be integral in driving future success for HP across the globe.Solves problems independently and articulates complex issues across functions and businesses, collaborating with other individuals contributors, sometimes outside of the job family, to bring about solutions.Identifies, implements, and leads process improvement.Mentors and trains lower level employees.Represents Order to Cash (OTC) across functions. Leads complex process design, re-design and large, complex projects from beginning to endExpert and in-depth understanding of supply chain and SAP systems and processes in several areas.Superior oral and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and senior management.Excellent presentation skillsExpert analytical skills and the ability to synthesize change quickly using advanced subject and process knowledgeExcellent project management skills for running large, highly complex projects.Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritizeAbility to generate original ideas and to bring about there implementation.Strong understanding of HPs businesses and priorities.Ability to determine imact of process implementations to the larger businessEducation and Experience Required:  First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred. 10+ years of related experience in IT/business operations. 8+ years of project management experience. Experience with SAP Knowledge and Skills:  Advanced knowledge and subject matter expertise of HP's operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements in the Supply Chain Order Management domain with a good business acumen. Excellent understanding of technologies used inside and outside of HP to implement such processes in the B2C, B2B and/or B2D domains, e.g. SAP SD, API’s and/or EDI/B2Bi. Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills. Mastery in English. Ability to lead complex process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts with a thorough understanding of change management processes and procedures. Excellent program management, problem solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to lead a program within the scope of overall strategies. Knowledge and experience with SAFe and/or the SCOR framework Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $101,500.00 -- $138,800.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
