Payroll Analyst/Analityk ds. PłacDescription -We’re looking for a Payroll Analyst located in Wrocław, motivated to join the European Payroll team.This candidate we are looking for will be:Responsible for delivering accurate and on-time monthly payroll for HP Poland in compliance with local legal and company policiesLegal watchDrive and validate payroll system configuration evolution with Global View (SAP-HR) ADP vendor as new company policies or programs are being deployed.Ensure end to end processes are properly defined and executedDriving any issue resolution to achieve desired resultsAct as a trusted partner - in particular with local and global HR and controllershipManaging payroll provider relationships at the local levelSeek for continuous process improvement & automation, prioritize, present to management, and drive enhancementEducation and Experience Required: University Degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certificationTypically 3+ years of experience as payroll in a multinational companyKnowledge and Skills required:  Experience with SAP HR – Payroll module.Strong understanding of the Polish payroll framework and government regulations. Payroll knowledge in another European county such as the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia or Spain will be a plus.Experience in collaborating with multiple functions within the country (legal, HR, controllership).Good communication and influencing skills; ‘customer-oriented.’Good analytical and teamwork skills.Strong business application skills, in particular experience with Microsoft Excel and collaboration tools such as Teams.Fluent knowledge of English.We love our work environment.
