To engineer experiences that amaze.The Executive Support Engineer will develop advanced, creative, and efficient solutions to any technical issue OR need that an executive may have with their computer hardware or videoconferencing services (Zoom, Teams, etc.).You will be an expert at providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. You will exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for achieving objectives.Responsibilities: Participates as a member of IT technical Executive Support team and/or team of support engineers.Proactively works with Executives on upgrading their hardware/software whenever needed.Applies deep, broad knowledge of technology and industry trends to operate and administer high risk critical infrastructure or software platforms and user groups of high complexity.Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for HP and customers.Partners with members of other IT teams as appropriate.Identifies potential escalations and proactively alerts management; leads and escalates if required.Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: information systems, computer science, audio/visual, media, UX, communications, or similar; AND 10 years' related experience. OR Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years' experience.Knowledge and Skills: Strong experience with infrastructure environments (e.g. operating systems; hardware such as monitors, microphones, wiring, etc.; Zoom and Teams).Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical leadership skills.Strong experience with business IT applications (e.g. supply chain, customer relationship mgmt, HR, finance)Exhibits a high level of initiative and integrity.Strong problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills.Good organizational and analytical skills.Possess creative ability, consulting skills, leadership qualities, credibility and self-confidence.Influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.Demonstrated technical leadership skills.Job -Information TechnologySchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -25%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
