Accessibility & Aging Program ManagerDescription -GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain pan-HP programs to educate and enable Businesses and supporting functions to implement accessibility in the design of HP’s products and services.Develop and maintain pan-HP programs to educate and enable Businesses and supporting functions to implement accessibility during development of HP’s products and services.Identify and maintain a Global Accessibility Team (GAT) of stake holders for included areas of responsibility.Monitor and participate in legal, industry, or standards activities for included areas of responsibility.Support Budget and develop/implement continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce costsOther group tasks and projects as assigned or needed.DETAIL RESPONSIBILITIESCreate and maintain a Program Charter for each program.Create and maintain processes, methods, training and tools for implementing accessibility in design and development per identified best practices against current and future regulatory and customer requirements and standards.Support Evaluation & Testing PM in identifying AT Products and test tools for design and development as necessary.Support Sales Bid Teams to contribute and review bid responses for appropriateness and accuracy as required.Identify and follow procedures for creating and maintaining business and legal records.Participate in industry, advocacy and customer groups and events to monitor, influence, and act for included areas of responsibility.Create and maintain presentations for Businesses and supporting functions on your programs and deliver as needed.Develop and maintain supporting data and metrics for your programs.Develop and execute the annual budget for your programs and A&A objectives.Manage suppliers and create and maintain PO’s in support of your programs.Create and maintain distribution lists of your stake holders for your use and by the team.Share in duties with Director to represent HP externally on accessibility matters with Customers and PR opportunities as assigned.Support ad hoc requests from Businesses, Sales and Global Functions, prioritizing as appropriate.Serve as backup to other members of the team as needed.Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.PMP/PMI certification preferred.Typically 6-10 years experience.Knowledge and Skills: Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local languageAbility to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.Job -EngineeringSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -25%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
