Supply Chain Quote and Masterdata ManagementDescription -DescriptionHP seeking a SKU/AV Quote and Master Data Management with strong data analytics skills focused on Validating Monthly Quote/cost files from suppliers, while implementing creative problem-solving solutions to balance huge volume of data validations and insights, The right candidate will work diligently to maintain quote accuracy and transform processes and tools in the Partner Business Management organization.Responsibilities ​Construct, understand and govern Masterdata requirements for Trade PIRs, Pricing condition, Vendor information.Validate Daily, initial, and final monthly quotes for 1 or multiple ODMS Validate and manage the complete lifecycle cost of various familiesManage claims and cost expense request from key suppliersAnalyze new and complex project-related problems to generate problem statements and create innovative solutionsRepresent PSO in Integration activities serving as POCEffectively and frequently communicates direction and guidance in a clear and concise manner to the team to ensure transparency and consistency across the teamInterface and consults with all levels of personnel, including senior executives, on a regular basis to manage client expectations and establish rapportProactively identify opportunities to mature the requirements management program and provide recommendations for process improvements based on lessons learnedResearch, compile and analyze information to develop/revise processes, procedures, presentations, lessons learned, and requirements documentation ensuring that final outputs meet standards for order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminologyApply process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and internet-related methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projectsSupport data modeling, developing wireframes, development of modern business methods, identification of best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.Understands Requirements Management and requirements documentation (e.g., Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements DocumentEducation and Experience Required3-6 years of experience in supply chain    ·     SAP MS4 and S4 experience is a mustExperience in finance and cost managementExperience with electronic hardwareExperience in developing solutions utilizing programming languages like Java Script, Python is preferredData visualization skills in powerbi is preferredExperience in Supply Chain, working on RFQs, Partner Management, and costing is a plusAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of management and varying levels of understanding of programmingJob -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
