Purchase Order SpecialistDescription -The Purchase Order and Vendor Management Specialist provides support to CSM and Transition teams located on NA and Latam on the creation, approval follow up and maintenance of MPS resale Purchase Orders as well as performing vendor management activities.Work ValuesPeople who work in this occupation generally prize Relationships, and care about other's need and urgenciesResponsibilities: Create Purchase Orders in Procure 360 and perform the proper follow up to ensure they get approvedPO related escalations managementCanon HW Requests Create reports to FinanceMay contribute to strategic projectsEvaluate supplier service management at the Latam levelControl and mitigate possible risks at the cost level by evaluating quality and performanceFormalize the negotiation processes and contractual conditionsMonitoring of internal satisfaction with the team of each countryRates NegotationSOW renewal or close out periodicallySLA and KPI compliance of suppliersContract expiration controlQualificationsTypically, 2-4 years of related experience preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement, or financial management.First-level university degree or equivalent experience.Strong negotiation skillsStrong communication skills (e.g., written, verbal, presentation); mastery in EnglishAbility to work under pressure and independentlyAdvanced Excel knowledge - Pivot Tables, Vlook up,Strong research and analytical skillsTime Management Skills- Prioritize what is urgent, critical, etc.Basic project management skills.Knowledge and Skills: Intermediate understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Developing ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements.Developing ability to establish and maintain good relationships with external customers partners on peer level and one level above.Job -Sales OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Costa Rica)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
