As a direct member of the Global Personal Systems Marketing leadership team, and an integral member of the Hybrid Work Solutions & Peripherals leadership team, this leader will have a full understanding of the business priorities, develop a marketing strategy that supports those objectives, and develop worldwide marketing content that can be executed by the marketing teams in the countries/markets. The role reports to the Global Head of Personal Systems Marketing, with a dotted reporting relationship to the General Manager of the Hybrid Work Solutions & Peripherals business.Key ResponsibilitiesTypical people responsibilities of ~15+ employeesLead marketing for HP Inc.’s Hybrid Work Solutions & Peripherals Business; responsibilities span the entire consumer and commercial portfolio. Covers a wide range of products, and solutions that cover end-to-end marketingSet a global vision for marketing strategies, policies, standards, and direction for the Hybrid Work Solutions & Peripherals Business. Influence the design & positioning of products for the Hybrid Work Solutions & Peripherals Business, including working with leaders in the Hybrid Work Solutions & Peripherals Global Business Unit, Commercial Organization and Sales Operations to align on how a product goes to marketMaintain deep understanding of consumer makeup of the market, review consumer insights, business intelligence and survey research to determine most effective methods of market penetrationDevelop marketing analytics, demand generation, customer relationship marketing, go-to-market, brand strategy and communications, marketing programs for Hybrid Work Solutions & Peripherals Business GroupBuild and develop strong team(s) with a focus on collaboration, execution and excellence. Experience working in a highly matrixed organizationLead the development of the consumer and commercial segment marketing strategies and plans, in close collaboration with Hybrid Work Solutions & Peripherals Business leadership and Market Marketing Leaders, (MMLs); category and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams truly bringing to life the 4P’s of marketingOversee marketing communications, research development, key performance indicators (KPI), setting & tracking and media planning; uses information to execute on out-of-the-box strategies that allow Business Partners to win in the marketManage a team of marketing service experts in delivering events across Consumer, Commercial, Public Sector and internal audiencesDeliver the right brand awareness and demand generation programs that advance category leadership and deliver superior ROIAttract, grow, motivate and maintain the best talent in the markets in which we operate.
