Reporting and Analysis SpecialistDescription -Job scope/summary:The Reporting and Analysis Specialist provides reporting services for the MPS Client Reporting for Northwest Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa. The reports include account overview, break and fix reporting, consumables overview, invoice reporting and trend analysis in general. Deliverables are to be provided according to a pre-approved schedule and distribution list therefore good time management skills are required. Job specifics/responsibilities:Extracting raw data from various databasesGenerating and maintaining reports, etc. in different formats e. g. Excel, PowerPoint etc.Providing proper data quality controlProviding reporting to relevant stakeholdersWorking with a HP internal system on data managementEnsuring proper follow-up with managementParticipating in improvement projects and initiativesMaintaining SharePoints in regard to the reporting needsEducation (degree) and professional experience required:Bachelor degree or equivalentAt least 1 year of experience in report generation and data manipulationOther requirements:Fluent in written and verbal EnglishPersonal skills and qualities:Detail oriented person – ability to check the accuracy of large amounts of dataAbility to work with multiple priorities – multi-taskingExcellent organization skills and experience to work with deadlinesStrong analytical and summarizing skillsTeam playerVery good communication skills – outgoing, natural communicatorGood presentation skillsAbility to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) teamTechnical skills:Knowledge of relational databases principlesMS Office (Excel - formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting etc., PowerPoint, Access)Knowledge/experience with PowerBI would be a plusWe love our work environment and career growth journey.
