At our core is doing what is right to delight our customers and succeed in an everchanging world.What a College Intern: Agile Process Automation Developer, Innovation Programs does at HP:Your job scope will be focused working with the project lead for system tool integration via workflow automation tools which is meant drive a modernized project management process. The other key responsibility will be taking the ownership of validation script to fulfill product development needs. Support business-unit-level overall design and implementation of digital processes transformation initiatives.Provide support to all levels of stakeholders in Microsoft platform’s digital tools adoption and increased connectivity focusing project/program management processes automation.Design and write scripts for project/program management information flow automation across different digital tools and applications.Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose digital visualization solutions to improve efficiency of communication and to help bring clarity of overall projects/program status.Supports project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:Bachelor's degree in computer science and general computer engineering/Software engineering or a technical discipline.Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform applications, including Planner, SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams platform, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power App.Coding with Python is a big plus.1-2 years DAX or VB.net experience will be a plus.Preferable with 1-2 years’ experience in Database Administration / Database Maintenance, experience of MSSQL will be a plus.Preferable with basic knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a teamSustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
