Leveraging our industry leadership in Sustainability, we want to activate Sustainability as a differentiator for HP Customers and Partners to drive a positive impact for both their businesses and communities they operate in. HP launched HP’s channel sustainability program, Amplify Impact in February 2021, with the objective to extend HP’s sustainable impact strategy to empower our partners to drive lasting, positive change. The program is now successfully supporting ed 3500 partners across 43 countries on their sustainability journey. This is an opportunity to be part of that journey and to make a real, positive and sustainable impact in EMEA and LATAM Support Amplify Impact program in Greater Asia and India working closely with HP Greater Asia Amplify Impact Lead Responsibilities:Work with Amplify Impact Greater Asia/India lead to drive execution of Amplify Impact across GA & India to meet FY23 goals.Interface with HP’s sales teams to educate and promote HP Amplify Impact Support HP Amplify Impact channel partners with the development of their sustainability plan and implementation and their various sustainability initiatives.Plan and develop training sessions, presentations and webinars for HP sales teams and channel partners.Support Amplify Impact WW program team.Assist with program dashboards creation and management & data analytics to ensure program team is capturing the relevant partner data to deliver a customer driven program & drive long-term program strategy.Assist with the development and improvement of Amplify Impact online assets – development and delivery. Skills and qualifications:Must be fluent in English Minimum batchelor degree including a specialization in Sustainability (Passion for Sustainability is a MUST)Exceptional excel skills & data analysis as the role is deeply data drivenStrong program management skills / project management skills - Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects, priorities and workstreamsExceptional PowerPoint skillsExcellent team player, interpersonal, communication skillsExcellent work ethic, proven self-starter with excellent problem-solving, organization and networking skillsPassionate and knowledgeable on Sustainability (with particular experience or knowledge of at least one area of Planet, People, Community as described in HP’s Sustainable Impact strategy)Prior work experience - this is not a first job opportunity as its needs a certain level of maturity how organisations work, and you will be empowered very quickly to run programs  You may also have:Experience in IT industry or marketing / business development.Experience with cross-functional teams and programs with complex and diverse content.An understanding of HP business and HP Partners’ businesses.Successful international experience – reconciling the needs of vastly different markets and cultureJob -Business PlanningSchedule -Full timeShift -No Shift premium (Malaysia)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
