Finance Process and System Design ExpertDescription -Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.Responsibilities:  Localization: ERP  Participate and lead in ERP system, localization SIT & UIT testing. Lead efforts in building compliant systemic solutions for various e-mandates that are introduced via local regulatory requirements across several HP entities and across three regions Solution design problems identified during testing phases ensuring compliant, seamless and automated solutions are delivered. Learn, understand and adapt to various countries Local GAAP regulations executing the design of compliant solutions to meet local requirements. Develop training materials and engage in training and coaching new system users.  Facilitate the end to end management of change for designated financial areas. Work under deadline driven conditions, within a flexible work environment whilst functioning in an undefined and evolving workspace under high pressure  Autonomous worker who thinks creatively, makes strategic inferences, innovate and drive solutions  High competency in control design, enterprise reporting systems, reporting, tax and process improvement  Partners with Global functions such as C&C, Tax, Treasury, Finance operations, CFR, IT, Controllers to medium to complex requirements, influence and arrive at a compliant solution from a country perspective, whilst design ensuring the best possible business solutions for company-wide ERP implementation.  Support Executive and Stakeholders communication  Profile Requirements University degree with focus in Accounting, Audit and Tax S4HANA/SAP experience Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA or equivalent/studying towards completion Typically 7-10 years of experience in Finance Function Controllership and Internal Audit experience preferred Experience in cross functional collaboration a benefit Multi-country/multiple GAAP experience preferred (2-3 countries) Project Management Experience  Knowledge and skills Superior understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Analysis Excellent knowledge of financial and corporate compliance and reporting requirements Strong understanding of SAP, S4HANA Excellent communication and presentations skills that caters to a variety of audiences Excellent listening skills Fluency in English Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize Ability to generate ideas and bring about implementation Managing Complex Projects and Analysis E2E How will we help your personal and professional development?We don’t label you or your performance we look to help you grow your unique potentialSpecial annual Finance Days dedicated to innovation in the profession, directly hearing from our Chief Finance Officer and other key executivesSkill Champions Development program lead by passionate team members to help you learn while they learn from you as wellTalent management program and Learn2Lead training workshops to accelerate high-potentials career developmentNew disruptive technology introductions sessionsWe love our work environment.
