As Technical Performance Architects you working along with our Wider QA team and define test strategy, test planning, test development and execution. They will work alongside the IT Domains teams to ensure that the non-functional-requirements (NFRs) are defined effectively and that the tests are executed to plan.to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful.Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function. (TCP review board required in TCP families)Responsibilities: Design and architect B2C eCommerce platformsHandle the object-oriented analysis and design and Java/J2EE design patternsProvide Architectural support for the Web storesUnderstand both Agile methodology and be part of the overall Agile delivery teamCollaborate and communicate with different teams (Order Management, IT Application interlock team, Infrastructure, Finance, ) and triage issues across teams to make sure that Performance of the platform is at standards and is able to sustain the growth during the Holiday Sales periodTransforms complex business requirements into candidate system architectures which also meet security and high availability & Performance requirementsWorks in an advisory role to help team to improve the performance, productivity and quality of B2C eCommerce StoresContributes to the development of Digital Commerce practice by creating reusable assets and leading estimations for large scale projectsApplies HP and 3rd party technologies and leads design of highly complex infrastructure and software solutions, while driving innovation. Independently implements end- user or enterprise infrastructure or services of significant complexity.Education and Experience Required: Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience on eCommerce SpaceKnowledge and Skills: Keen analytical ability, particularly for conceptualizing and abstracting insights into observed human behaviourIn-depth knowledge of the principles of interaction design, usability, user research, data analysis, and conducting case studies other user experience issues such as writing for the web and SEOExperience in Responsive and Adaptive web development techniques is a must10 plus years of experience working with major ecommerce and related technology vendors especially Adobe Magento & HCL WebSpherePrevious Architecture or Technical Team Lead experience on major E-Commerce transformation projectsHas delivered at least one eCommerce solution, through to deployment and go-live, preferably in an agile development teamSolid working experience and understanding B2C domains.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
