HP Large Format Production Sales - PNWDescription -We are only considering candidates located in the Pacific Northwest (PNW) - Washington, Oregon, Montana or Idaho.BackgroundThe large format business is part of the Print and Commercial Organization. HP has held a leadership position in large format printing for over 30 years and today enjoys worldwide leadership and a well-earned high market share position. The business is profitable in both hardware and supplies and reinvests to drive value differentiated and innovative solutions in an evolving marketplace. The Latex and Stitch printers are sold to a range of end user accounts that includes Sign Makers, Print Service Providers and Specialty printing shops.  Customers are served through various routes to market that include indirect selling through a wide variety of channel engagements.DescriptionAs the HP Large Format Production Mid Volume Sales Specialist you will be responsible for selling the Large Format Latex mid and high volume printing solutions to printing houses.  In this role you well be reporting directly to the North America Sales Manager.  You will work along-side HP teams to maximize hardware sales, grow pages and support service. As the expert you will lead complex deals regarding products, services, software and pricing configurations.Business ObjectiveMeet and exceed revenue targets for hardware, supplies and service within a portfolio of named customers and prospects.  Drive market share by entering new market segments/new accounts.  Maintain high level of after-sales customer satisfactions and grow market share within current install base.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and execute LF (Large Format) Latex Mid and High Volume sales strategy to ensure that HP wins in the market through technology adoption within the HP Latex Business.  Utilize resources to create return on investments, create power points and pricing for the customer and prospects.  Work with customers to help grow square footage and facilitate relationships with other teams.Qualifications:University or Bachelor's degree; advanced or Master's degree preferredExceptional direct sales history of exceeding expectations5+ yrs. of Wide Format Graphics Sales ExperienceProven success in  Wide Format Capital Equipment salesProven Wide Format Outdoor Graphics applicationProven UV / Solvent competitive knowledge of products, customers, and channel partnersStrong project management and communication skillsHP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:•  Dental insurance•  Disability insurance•  Employee assistance program•  Flexible schedule•  Flexible spending account•  Health insurance•  Life insurance Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical total compensation OTE range for this role across the U.S. is $155,850.00 -- $235,350.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
