Our vision is to amaze customers through sustainable, innovative, and transformational services and solutions.The NWE MSS Business Analyst manages the Business Analysis and Operations function for the North West European Market in a shared approach with colleagues.Other responsibilities will be to:Define, agree on and executes complex data analysis for different area’s of the MSS Business.Work with people at all levels in the organization to define ways forward through excellent communication, consensus building, result focus and business expertise.Advise MSS Management with findings and conclusions, supported by excellent decision and presentation materials.Work with leaders throughout the organization to support the Operational process.Key deliverables/accountabilities:Single point of contact for the country/Sub-Region Finance, Business and Delivery managers on Delivery Operations mattersSupports the timely and accurate country/Sub-Region order and revenue forecastEnsures smooth & compliant month end close for the country/Sub-Region including escalations and priority managementUnderstand, manage and controls all relevant  Country business risk areas within Customer Operations responsibilityEnsuring overall operational excellence in regards to all Delivery Operations responsibilities where local activity is required (coordination, prioritization)Coordinates and closely controls activities with other organizations (Credit & Collections, Finance, Procurement, Sales & Pursuit, Delivery)Guides the HP standardized administrative processes, representing the NEW market view and needs.High level Management SupportManagement presentations, representing key Business parameters and projectsBusiness Intelligence processesBusiness reporting and reporting toolsAutomation of recurring processExperience:Experience and proven success in Business Analytics or Business Operations in- or outside HP CompanyQualifications:Expert in Services Business/ Business intelligence/ Business Development skillsExcellent team workerStrong professional image with good business understandingSolid Financial skills & Business AcumenFocused on obtaining results Excellent communication and presentation skills at all management levelsAbility to manage conflict, complex situations and escalationsStrong negotiating and influencing skillsStrong English skills is a pre-requisite.
