PC Lifecycle Service Consultant

PC Lifecycle Service ConsultantDescription -The PC Lifecycle Service Consultant will work on developing service design and standards for the SDaaS + portfolio of services from a technical perspective. The role demands a very strong understanding of Services Supply operations & PC Lifecycle operations, basic understanding of HP Tech Pulse and demonstrated expertise in working with NSI teams. Responsibilities: Understands a broad spectrum of HP technology to provide part or all detailed technical design which meets customer requirements and provide technical leadership on specific integration activities that are part of an engagement.Working knowledge of Services Supply operations and part planningProvides planning and design support for asset / fleet management and refurbishment services for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment.Interprets data to identify major conclusions and formulate summaries.Work closely with varied stakeholders to identify areas of efficiency, streamline processes and design optimal operational flowsIndependently identifies solutions to common and complex issues within a project, by applying strong understanding of supply chain.Education and Experience Required: Bachelor or Master’s Degree10+ years relevant experience in similar role delivering services to commercial customers and working on New Service Introductions.Good understanding of relational databases, DB development SQL, Power Bi etc. Ability to analyze systems to develop and revise standards and procedures.Lean Six Sigma (Green belt) or other Quality certification required.Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification preferred.Knowledge and Skills required: Strong familiarity and technical competence with PC lifecycle from procurement to disposalExpert understanding of Supply Chain operations – Service Supply Chain, Product Supply ChainDemonstrated experience for process re-engineeringSolid working knowledge of IT Technologies in Excel, MS SQL DB, Power BI, ETL technologiesDesign thinking & Strategic thinkerPersonal skills and qualifications:Eye to detail, be good at problem-solving as well as possess outstanding interpersonal skillsBe a team player and leader to analyze information, solve problems.Take initiative to own deliverables.About usDDO – Digital Delivery Tower is one of the fastest growing teams within the CSSD’s – Workforce Delivery Services org.  Our mandate is to manage E2E delivery operations for HP's contractual services business focusing on Sustainable DaaS and DaaS+ servicing offeringsJob -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Costa Rica)Travel -NoRelocation -Not SpecifiedEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
