If you are passionate about marketing and communication and love digital, then you might be a great fit.As a core member of the Japan marketing team, you’ll work closely with digital, media, search, and data science teams in Greater Asia to build data/insight led marketing program to drive Japan B2B Commercial Personal System business. Reporting to the Director of Japan Marketing, you will be responsible to work with the Japan Commercial Personal System business team to develop data centric marketing program that will drive both business and brand impacts. Taking the global framework, programs as a guidance and with data and facts, develop marketing program that best meets the business needs.Detailed Job responsibilities:Data centric Marketing Program that delivers brand and business impacts: Strategy and execution of marketing program that aligns to 4PS INTEGRATION: Lead from the front to develop marketing strategy that aligns to business goals and drives 4Ps integration with the business team. Used customer data and research to drive and support the development and influence stakeholder.Understanding of audience across existing customers, prospect, and IT/Security community: Understand profiles and needs of customers and create interesting and new ways to engage and enable collaboration across these groups with digital marketing.Campaign and Local content development and demand Generation activities: develop digital assets (website, LPs, emails, social, ads and webinar) to support demand generation activities to drive awareness, consideration and conversion of our personal systems and services associated.Digital Led content to drive seamless experience: Work with in-house search, media, and data scientist team to plan the content across the customer journey to influenced strong marketing outcomes.Exploration of multi-channel marketing: Work with Enterprise sales, Channel sales (for SMB) and EC sales team to understand needs of customers and drive demand at different channel. Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time through Account Based Marketing. Lead the Reforge growth model and be the POD lead together with the Director of marketingMeasurement of Marketing contribution to the business outcomes: Ability to use data to measure performance to drive business impact and KPIs to align to the strategy.Budget management efficiency and effectiveness: Manage the marketing spent associated efficiently and effectively.NPI communication: Support the launch of new product innovations.REQUIREMENTS: (Master level) Ideally 10+ experience in a marketing with end-to-end experience managing data to campaign execution.A digital native marketeer, familiar with digital first led approach in marketing. Comfortable with analytics in data to help drive impact to brand and marketing goals.Knowledge of B2B go-to-market process, best practices, and tactics.Previous experience in Account Based Marketing, subscription model marketing, or ecommerce platform will be required.Experience in Services, SAAS, B2B marketing will be an advantageHas demonstrated experience of managing leading marketing programs from strategy to execution across multi- media and platforms especially in digital platforms. Ability to utilize creativity and data to help sell the story.Strong familiarity of social and media channels and EC marketing and its ecosystem in Japan Google, Twitter, Facebook, Rakuten, Amazon etc.PC category experience is a plus, not necessary mandatory.Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects flawlessly under tight project deadlines.Attitude – Growth mindset, Agility, Integrity, Resilient, strong desire to learn, ability to take risk and self- starter.You can pivot and adapt in a quickly changing environment.
