APJ Replacement Parts Business Inventory SpecialistDescription -What an APJ Replacement Parts Business Inventory Specialist does at HP:Drive cost efficiencies through ingenious portfolio and inventory management.Maintain and improve on Top Parts effectiveness.Drive Supply Chain team to meet delivery Turn Around Time.Collaborate with supply chain planner on stock level.Bulk & multipack creation - be Proof of Concept for bulk/multipack creation.Communicate ad-hoc bulk/multipack list to marketing team to update partners.Communicate monthly bulk & multi pack master list.Quotation & HPPS process - check material status & orderability.Optimize lead time.Last-Time Buy process + Inventory reduction - check past demand and inventory cost for overall inventory reduction.Stocking & Broker Buy + Inventory reduction - monthly inventory report & aging report to track inventory reduction.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:4+ years to establish proven track record in directly related business.First level university degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree is a plus.Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry Knowledge of company organization, policies, HPS services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.General technical understanding of products.Problem detection and analysis of root cause.Leads teams to achieve results.Proficiency with desktop applications and familiarity with financial reporting tools.Moderate level of planning, project management and change management skills.Good communication skills.Influence within same team and level.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
