ANZ Replacement Parts Business SpecialistDescription -What an ANZ Replacement Parts Business Specialist does at HP:Manage and work with HP Authorized Parts Resellers, Service Partners, Enterprise Accounts, end-users to drive the growth of Certified HP Genuine Replacement Parts.Achieve all financial targets set by Replacement Parts Business, including orders, revenue & margin.Work with Replacement Parts Business Portfolio and Inventory lead to forecast parts requirements to meet revenue targets.Work with RPB Business Analyst to meet gross margin targets.Onboard NEW parts resellers; expand spare parts business through omni-channels.Obtain insights on market situations & competitions.Regular engagement with partners to ensure they are on track to meet quota.Assist customers with enquiries & generate quotations with the help of order management team.Support HP program owners to follow up with partners on forecast and orders.Build sales funnel - Hunt, farm and manage mid to large order and proactively pursue business opportunities.Coordinate and execute business planning sessions with partners to drive ongoing alignment and business focus.Become partners' single point of contact for all issues and escalations, with the ability to devise plans for resolution.Manage conflict resolution.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:4+ years to establish proven track record in directly related business.First level university degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree is a plus.Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry Knowledge of company organization, policies, HPS services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.General technical understanding of products.Problem detection and analysis of root cause.Leads teams to achieve results.Proficiency with desktop applications and familiarity with financial reporting tools.Moderate level of planning, project management and change management skills.Good communication skills.Influence within same team and levelSustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
