Transition and Transformation Business Reporting AnalystDescription -Transition and Transformation Business Reporting AnalystJob scope/summary:Provide business reporting services for the Transition and Transformation team. Reports include account & partner performance overview, financial/Invoice reporting and trend analysis in general. Deliverables are to be provided according to a pre-approved schedule and distribution list, therefore, good time management skills are required. The ideal candidate has ability to see solutions in both big and small data sets with business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company.Job specifics/responsibilities:Provide data quality controlBe part of TCV to Revenue improvement initiatives led by CEE, NWE & SEMA markets.Preparing ad-hoc analysis and interpreting data on behalf of the organizationExtracting raw data from various sourcesGenerating and maintaining reports, etc. in different formats e. g. Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi, Smartsheet, and providing those to relevant stakeholders to support the decision-making and strategic planning.Working with a HP internal system on data managementEnsuring proper follow-up with managementParticipating in process/reporting improvement projects.Maintaining SharePoints regarding the reporting needsIdentify risks and opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the organization’s short and long-term goalsManage escalations with HP partners and internal HP teams based on findings in the reportsFollow up on KPI and metrics targets and discrepanciesCreate new reports and presentations utilizing technology, visualization tools, and productivity tools in order to better summarize relevant data into actionable information.Education (degree) and professional experience required:Bachelor’s degree or equivalentTypically 2+ years of experience in report generation and analysisManaged Print Services knowledge and experience is considered strong advantageOther requirements:Strong English written and verbal language skillsPersonal skills and qualities:Detail oriented person – ability to check the accuracy of large amounts of dataAbility to work with multiple priorities – multi-taskingAbility to translate business requirements into business context technical requirements where neededStrong analytical, summarizing, and problem-solving skillExcellent communication skillsGood teamwork skillsAbility to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) teamTechnical skills MS Office proficiencyExcellent Excel knowledge (formulas, data mining, macros, pivot tables, charts)Smartsheet and Power BI knowledge is considered advantageWhat do we offer:Additional medical insuranceLife insuranceAdditional days paid leaveFood vouchersWellness program (incl.
