You will collaborate with peers and internal & external stakeholders to apply subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common PO challenges.You will support initiatives to help PO team members grow and explore their full potential by working on complex problems and partnering with PO COEs to advance our transformation and overall digitization & automation agenda.How will you add value to the team?You will be responsible for leading change management initiatives across a diverse portfolio of projects.You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that change is coordinated from a change perspective and that the overall change experience is positive for all those involved. This will include understanding the impact of change on employees, customers, and other stakeholders, and ensuring that change is implemented in a way that minimizes disruption and maximizes adoption.What does your day-to-day look like?Develop and implement change management strategies and plans, including communication plans, listening strategy, training plans, and stakeholder engagement plans.Meet with project teams to understand the key goals, impacted audiences, potential resistance to change.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that change is implemented in a way that minimizes disruption and maximizes adoption.Assess the impact of change on employees and other stakeholders and develop plans to mitigate negative impacts.Develop and deliver training to stakeholders on change management principles and techniques.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and adjust plans as needed.Collaborate with project teams to ensure that change management is integrated into project plans and timelines.Your skills and experiences: You are passionate about change management and have a track record of success in leading regional/global change management initiativesYou have strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneouslyYou are organized and have a bias for actionYou are successful at building alliances and relationships with stakeholders at all levelsYou are adaptable and perform well in a changing environmentYou have design thinking skills and ideally, agile skills as wellYou like to discover new tools and apps and would describe yourself as an early adopter of new technologyYou easily interpret data and can provide meaningful insights in order to inform decisionsYou know how to utilize Smartsheet.A certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage, but not required.Location is flexible for the right candidatesJob -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Not SpecifiedRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
