The Human Rights team sits within SI&C and is responsible for championing human rights at HP. The Human Rights Communications and Insights role will report to the Human Rights, Stakeholder Engagement and Social Impact Manager.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the development and implementation of the internal and external human rights communications strategy to maximize positive impact in HP’s value chain and ensure a competitive position in the marketplace.Drive human rights sales support and marketing, working cross-functionally to support tailored and appropriate content for customers and stakeholders.Collect sometimes complex information and data from multiple internal stakeholders for external reporting and document related communications into a simple, repeatable process.Develop and implement the communication and management of change plan including any required business process training.Support integration of human rights comms into events, customer presentations, news pieces and other forums as appropriate.Maintain team website, contribute to newsletters and relevant leadership communicationsUnderstand the communications needs of various audiences, and regularly update and evolve presentations and relevant materials to accurately represent and promote HP’s human rights program.QUALIFICATIONS:Education and Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, strategy or related field or equivalent experience required. 2+ years related experience. Corporate communications experience in a supply chain or customer-facing role preferred.Ability to identify emerging trends from internal, market and industry data.Value chain and/or sustainability knowledge.Human Rights knowledge desirable.Proven self-starter with excellent business judgment, problem solving, organization and networking skills.Knowledge and Skills RequiredStrong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; effective from individual contributor to executive level.
