Battery Material ScientistDescription -If you are our Material scientist in Taiwan, you will have a chance to o   Leads multiple project teams of other hardware function engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of material development for complex products and platforms, including solution design, validation, tooling and testing.o   Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on battery material design and development.o   Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development battery material manufacture guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality.o   Provides domain-specific expertise and overall battery material leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.o   Drives innovation and integration of new battery material or solution into projects and activities in HP design organization.o   Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members. Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with: o   Master's or PHD degree in Battery Material Engineering.o   Typically 6-10 years optical material development experience.o   Using experiment and analysis software as a battery material analysis tool.o   Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.o   Experience in battery material and manufacture and reyccle knowledge.o   Designing battery material and associated production tooling and processes.o   Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.o   Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.#LI-POSTJob -EngineeringSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Taiwan)Travel -25%Relocation -YesEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
