Master Data Metrics and Reporting CoordinatorDescription -Within the Sales Operations Organization, the Customer Experience (CXP) Centre of Excellence (CoE) at HP Inc, designs and implements state of the art Customer and Sales enablement solutions. Enablement in the form of B2B e-Commerce solutions, Lead to Order infrastructure quality and support, Bid and Tender response infrastructure, Customer Master Data, Customer Contracts management and Operational engagement solutions for HP’s Global Accounts and 3D Print customers.We are looking for a highly motivated Master Data Metrics and reporting coordinator to support the Master Data Customer Experience CoE in Sales Operations organization. In this mission you will be accountable to oversee the End to end processes and work closely with various operational teams, Project Managers, Product Owners and leaders to measure current performance in term of TAT, Quality and customer satisfaction and provide insights on main challenges and elements to improve.You will help deliver business outcome to HP through:· Collecting results, challenges, next steps from operation teams;· Adhoc reports/ analysis / Projects;· Weekly publications of KPI reporting;· Development and analysis of performance trending data;· Clearly articulate key metrics to target audiences;· Working with PM and Product Owners to identify & quantify key potential improvements;· Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify business/process trends;· Works with Operation leaders to help deliver data-driven solutions;· Create and maintain documentation for all relevant data processes and KPIs;· Leads simplification and improvement of operational processes, by analyzing operational efficiency, output quality and customer and sales satisfaction.Must HaveEducation and experience required:· First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred;· 1-3 years of experience in a business related function, preferably operations, sales, finance or IT;· E2E/big-picture vision of the Q2C processes.Knowledge and skills · Excellent IT skills, specifically advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint; · Strong data analytical & presentation skills; · Writes clearly and succinctly, avoiding jargon/complicated language and ensuring that documentation is logically structured, meeting the needs and level of understanding of the intended audience; · Ability to plan and prepare for peaks in demand for report production;· Able to look at data from different perspective and offer alternative methods of presentation; · Ability to work on own initiative, adapting and responding to change - accepts new ideas and change initiatives when they arise, can adapt interpersonal style to suit different people or situations and shows respect and sensitivity towards differences; · Strong collaboration and leadership skills;· Communicates at ease at all levels with a bias for action and execution; · Has the seniority and vision to continuously develop and improve results; · Superior analytical skills with respect to performance metrics; ability to make decisions based on minimal input to improve or maintain metrics; · Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation) to develop relationships across businesses; · Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required;We are looking for visionaries who are ready to make an impact on the way the world works.
