Customer Support Manager NorwayDescription -HP Customer Support (CS) organization is managing support and services delivery for HP Inc. Consumer and Commercial products that includes personal computers, technical workstations, printers, graphics solutions & managed-print services. Objectives of the organization are to increase the total Customer Experience and drive Services Revenue Growth.To ensure that we are delivering an excellent Customer Experience and that our service and support delivery are set to highest standards in line with the business needs in Norway, we are now hiring a Customer Support Manager.What will your day in this role look like?As you will be supporting all HP Business Units you will be working actively to build a relationship with various stakeholders across the company and with our external service delivery partners. You’ll be engaged to lead solutions for customer problems, and in order not to do so only reactively but also proactively you have a good insight in customer performance data. An important part of the role is to manage the Field Service supplier in Norway and follow up on their operational performance. You will be focusing on analyzing data to get insight about performance, cost control, process compliance and most important the customer satisfaction. With these insights you’ll be able to coordinate End to End across the support delivery in the country. You will sometimes proactively contact unsatisfied customers and consolidate/report their feedback and report recurring problems and propose resolution.You will work with the Northwestern Europe (NWE) regional team for planning and implementation of new support initiatives and support in creating an effective communication between sales and support in the country. From time to time you will visit customers and partners to represent CS or help to equip the sales organization with the required information for customer meetings.Your profile:You are a person that enjoys working with many different stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships and motivated by delivering an excellent customer experience. You know how to keep organized in a high paced and dynamic environment, with strong analytical skills and ability to see problems as challenges that can be solved rather sooner than later. You have a strong empathic ability, you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and are able to effectively communicate.
