LATAM Customer Journey ExpertDescription -The Global HP.com team is looking for a Customer Journey Manager with in-depth experience in digital marketing and customer experience, specifically A/B testing and personalization, to join the HP.com Customer Journey team.This position will be responsible for identifying areas of opportunity and defining a testing strategy (leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods), as well as a personalization roadmap, that drive the optimization of the LATAM customer journey for the Personal Systems and Print businesses.A strong candidate will have a background in A/B testing, website optimization, and data analysis, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams and executive-level presentation skills. In this extremely fast-moving environment, it’s critical that this leader have a collaborative, strategic, and growth mindset.Responsibilities: Own and drive a LATAM A/B testing and personalization roadmap, using data and insights to optimize the digital experienceDevelop and prioritize projects based on customer needs and business impact, including defining the hypothesis, measurable objectives, statistical significance requirements, etc.Leverage analytics to monitor priority journeys, inform testing plans, and assess test outcomes to improve user experience and conversionPresent findings and insights to key stakeholders and lead conversations around future optimization strategiesConsult with other members of the HP.com team and Marketing on best practices/optimization opportunities pre- and post-launch for major NPIs or redesignsAct as a strategic resource to the extended HP Marketing community based, staying up to date with the latest trends in website optimization, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testingEducation and Experience Required: BA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing or Computer Science7+ years of experience in digital marketing or customer experience/user interfaceDemonstrated track record of optimizing marketing web experiences to drive growthKnowledge and Skills: Experience in web A/B testing tools, such as Adobe Target, Optimizely—Adobe Target preferredExperience with hypothesis-driven A/B testing, experiment design, and basic statistical analysisExperience with web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics---Adobe Analytics preferredStrong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and interpretationExperience with web personalization using Adobe Target is preferredExperience with qualitative user testing is a plusExcellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across disciplinesExtremely organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, track, and report on all test and personalization activitiesHighly-motivated individual, known for strategic, data-driven thinking and strong marketing instincts#LI-POSTJob -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -NoRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
