Software Architect of Solution DevelopmentDescription -If you are our Architect in Taiwan, you will have a chance to Leads multiple project teams of Commercial systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms, including strategy, solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.Lead by example by turning innovative ideas into Proof of concept while elevating IP submissions and filing; drive them through innovation funnels, and team meetings.Discover and document customer needs, competitive offerings, and empowering technologies to be applied across HP's broad commercial PC portfolio.To understand and quickly adapt to other organizations' requests for the inclusion of apps and drivers into the HP image, e.g. Manageability, Software Team.Resolve issues and provide solutions for big-name clients to increase customer satisfaction.Provides guidance and mentoring to staff members.Knowledge and skillsDesigning and integrating software systems running on multiple platform types into overall architecture.Experience developing Windows applications using Win32, UWP and services.Experience with driver development kit (DDK) and Windows Driver Framework (WDF).Proficient in C++ and/or C#.Experience developing FW or bios.Experience in Hardware design & development is a big plus.Strong understanding of software & features design principles and patterns. Well know the source control tools and process.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
