We look forward to meeting you.As a P3D Software Product Manager you will have responsibility for the definition, prioritization and overall management product requirements of the P3D software portfolio.Job ResponsibilitiesTranslates complex market and stakeholder needs into product requirement and definitions.Provides thought leadership to stakeholders to guide feature development and prioritizationTracks and reports key metrics to drive future product developments.Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio roadmap across all phases of the lifecycle.Works closely with Head of Software Product Management to ensure efficient and accurate communication within team and to stakeholdersVisits customers and trade shows as needed to strengthen P3D Software's commitment to deliver empowering solutions to customersWork closely with Design to ensure an agile, collaborative implementation of customer experience goalsJob RequirementsExperience working with software engineering teams to deliver commercial software productsExperience with software development fundamentals, and in particular cloud-based software solutionsExperience working with design teamsKnowledge of Jira desired, but not requiredEducation and Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence.Typically 7-10 years of relevant experience.Knowledge and SkillsAdvanced technical knowledge of complex software systems, including enterprise, middleware, firmware, and embedded systems.Strong experience in software development, systems engineering, or software product management.Expert business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.Expert skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis.Expert team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others, ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.Impact/ScopeImpact of decisions can often alter product timelines by multiple quarters.Impacts efficiencies and delivery times across all software teams, takes responsibility for the quality of deliveries.Proactively and effectively interacts and partners across different departments within and outside the software engineering function.What we offer:•    Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world.•    Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
