And we want you to add your voice and imagination to our mission.HP Studio is our in-house creative studio that supports marketing, sales, and various centers of excellence (HR, Finance, R&D) in developing creative assets that allow them to connect with their customers, across the customer journey.As our account management lead in Buenos Aires, you will participate in a team that is a combination of both account managers and project managers, effectively aligning to a front-end stakeholder facing function and a back-end operational function. This position is expected to maintain an understanding of the nuances of client business and products therein. You will work in concert with the management team on building the NA/WW/LATAM business and keeping management abreast of opportunities that arise in all geographies. You will need to drive and stay connected to process improvement opportunities and bring them forward to the leadership team. You will need to utilize data collected from Workfront (our workflow tool) to understand bottlenecks, delays, and opportunities to ensure delivery at required TAT and quality. You will be a part of a team focused on account and operations management with the following responsibilities: Responsibilities:Key interface with established WW Marketing, NA Marketing, LATAM Marketing and select COE’sDevelops relationships and crafts scopes of work for clientsReceives creative brief from clients, works to improve/clarify and brief the HP Studio teamPartners with PM to define schedule should it fall outside of standard Workfront established timelinesSets up shared activity or flash adjustment plans prior to work initiationSets up creative reviews with Studio and client; knows when to pull in creative leadership Runs day to day management of key projects keeping all teams up-to-date and aware of status, due dates, etc., ensuring we deliver on time and on budgetPerform initial reviews of project outputs against brief to ensure both creative integrity and core ask have been met.Manages the initiation of payment based on key milestonesEducation and Experience Required:BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.7 years of experience across several marketing or integrated communications disciplines.Knowledge and Skills:Superior writing and editing skills Superior organization and program management skills.Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results.Proven experience managing, leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal.Advanced English level.High levels of tact and diplomacy.Agency and budget management.Consultative skills.Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including most senior company management.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Project management to ensure that they can take an active leadership role in directing project development on a day-to-day basis ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.Personnel oversight because they coordinate and direct the activities of cross-functional teams, project managers Scheduling and planning, setting project schedules and timelines is a major part of the advertising project manager’s role, requiring attention to detail and the ability to plan multiple, concurrent projects.Financial planning to develop and oversee budgets to ensure profitability and keep projects on time and within budget.
