Graduate Planning and Analysis for Home Printing Solutions WWDescription -In this position, you will be part of Home Printing Solutions business team WW, with focus on Hardware and you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to produce reports that describe the business performance fundamentals in numbers, along with the “story behind the numbers”.  Areas of focus will be: Provide insights about current and future performance by Market, in units, net revenue and margin, and identify risks and upside to plan providing with recommendations on product and mix needed per market to manage WW product allocation to deliver on financials commitments and market share objectives.Key responsibilities:Support business analysis, performance and processes. Main responsibility is to analyze business performance and supply connect rates, to provide insights on all key metrics and follow up on actions to support market with product availability to deliver on financials commitments and market share goals by market optimizing product mix.Work on weekly business performance analysis and prepare management business reviews or ad hoc requests when required.Participate in special projects with main focus on product availability to optimize business performance per market and total WW business, working with Demand forecasting and supply chain teams.Drive process improvements/governance to increase efficiency and effectiveness on business analysis.Requirements: Recently graduated in Business Administration or Marketing (bachelor or master)Up to 3 months extracurricular experienceStrong, demonstrated analytical thinking and analytical skills with knowledge of database management and excel modelingAble to see the big picture and have a firm grasp on the detailsDemonstrated teamwork skillsDemonstrated track record for excellent English written and verbal communicationWhat we offer: Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world.Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
