Strategic Alliances Operations LeadDescription -The US HP.com Category Business Management & Alliances team has an exciting opportunity for a role focused on supporting the execution of Strategic Alliances processes both internally within HP and thru engagement with HP’s partners. This is a key area for the business as it enables growth for the HP.com PCs categories business, both Consumer and Commercial.In this role, you will work closely with the US Alliances Manager to lead a variety of activities to effectively manage and operationalize strategic arrangements with partners that invest in the HP.com business thru MDF (Marketing Development Funds) and Rebates. Primary responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams, track execution both operationally and financially, capture Proof-Of-Execution or Proof-Of-Performance, manipulate data to generate reports/charts, and submit activities through multiple partner’s portals.Responsibilities: Plan marketing campaigns details in line with investment agreements made with partnersCoordinate deployment and track marketing campaigns execution w/ cross-functional teamsCapture and submit Proof-of-Execution and Proof-of-Performance for all marketing activitiesPull data from databases, manipulate data sets, create reports, provide analytics support to Alliances functionCreate reports in various formats, generate graphs/charts to support data analysisMaintain and coordinate Rebates loading in HP.com backend databasesTrack and analyze Alliances performance overtime, compare with key benchmarksRun Quality Assurance to verify correct deployment of Rebates and MDF fundsSubmit claims, create invoices, and track Alliances financials with Finance team’s supportValidate/verify accuracy of payments calculations made by Strategic PartnersEducation and Experience Required: BA or BS in Marketing/Business/Technical or related fields; MBA preferred5+ years data analytics, operations, and/or marketing experienceExperience in managing MDF (Marketing Development Funds) is a plusKnowledge and Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of e-Commerce business fundamentalsDemonstrated knowledge of product marketing activities and practices and proceduresFamiliarity with and/or experience in business and marketing strategiesExcellent written/oral communication skills, fluency in EnglishStrong problem-solving and detail-oriented mindsetStrong analytical thinking, ability to analyze and manipulate data using Excel/Google SheetsStrong experience in Excel’s advanced functions and queries for database accessExperience in SQL programming and/or similar languages preferableStrong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively collaborate w/ cross-functional virtual teamsAbility to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplineAbility to prioritize/manage time sensitive deadlines to ensure deliverables are completed on timeUnderstanding of Project/Program management fundamentals is a plusJob -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -NoRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
