Partner Business ManagerDescription -We are looking for a Partner Business Manager (PBM) for our Commercial Channel team in Denmark, responsible for developing and growing business with assigned channel partners. Interested in joining us? Let’s talk.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL BRING YOU?You will be responsible for the overall HP relationship with the assigned partners. The PBM is the central point of contact to the partners’ management and drives the joint business plan, the quarterly activity plan, and pipeline management to maximize sales and share of business. The purpose of the role is to develop the HP business by aligning the key propositions of HP with those of the Partner to jointly grow a profitable business for today and for tomorrow. It is key that you establish HP as the preferred vendor within the assigned partners and support them in delivering a great customer experience with the most secure and sustainable IT solutions.You will lead HP program implementation and execution towards your assigned resellers as well as build strong relationships with business management and sales reps at our resellers both in the Printing and Personal Systems area.You will be part of a strong team with colleagues, where integrity and growth mindset are at the center of how we work. You will report to the Commercial Channel Manager and work in close cooperation with category, end-user sales teams, channel marketing, operations, and other specialists to support you in your work.In the role of Partner Business Manager, the main tasks will include:Grow and optimize HP share of business with channel partnersJoint business planning and follow-upImplement and promote the efficient use of HP (sales) tools within partnersUse data insights to address market opportunities and deliver customer outcomesContinuously develop personal skills and understanding of HP solutionsLead program implementation and executionPlan partner investment priorities of co-marketing effortsKnowledge and management of reseller funnelWHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE ROLE?We are looking for a candidate with a strong passion for sales and technology.
