Site Print Services & Customer Assurance ManagerDescription -Job Description:HP has been serving the AEC industry over the last 30 years through market leading technology solutions in areas like workstations and large format printers.HP is working on new solutions to improve productivity in construction, including applying robotics and artificial intelligence in the construction site to streamline information flows and boost the efficiency of current manual processes.Come be a part of HP’s Construction Services team as we transform how construction site layouts get made using HP’s new construction layout robotic solution – HP Site Print. https://www.hp.com/us-en/printers/site-print/layout-robot.htmlWe have an outstanding opportunity for you to join our HP Site Print management team as Services and Customer Assurance Manager, leading a team spread across the world, responsible for defining service strategy, secure the service readiness and driving the service delivery operations. The team will be composed by Advanced Technical Support engineers, Service Channel Managers and Customer Assurance engineers.Directly reporting to the LF Services & CA Director, this person will have the following responsibilities:Key responsibilitiesOwn the product serviceability strategy. Partner with R&D to design the diagnostic ability assets and product repairability models.Responsible for the Service readiness, ensuring our direct and indirect support partners have access to the right knowledge, parts and elevation path.Responsible for helping define and establish in-region service infrastructure to fulfill HP Site Print service strategy, including, but not limited to service parts, bench-repair, whole unit exchange, knowledge management, training.Elevation path from the field up to R&D to resolve complex product issues.Lead the VOC process.Track the Current Product performance and drive actions when deviating from objectives. ­­­­­­Accountable of the Service Experience delivered (sNPS) regardless of if directly delivered by HP employees, by service providers or channel partners.Channel Service Partner Management.Provides Post-Sales service and support to customers/partners on the HP Site Print solution.Lead the relationships with the rest of HP Support functions who participates in the delivery of the support experiences (Spare Parts Operations, Contract Administration, Telephony, Digital Assets, and so on).His/her team will participate in the customer or partner engagements, to ensure onboarding, training, and overall service solution readiness.Creates a working environment that is challenging and rewarding, conducive to individual growth and high performance.Education/experienced/Skills requiredBachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture or an equivalent combination of studies and experiences.Previous experience in services and/or construction industry.The team will be spread across the world to support the business expansion, so previous experience in international environments, managing or leading teams distributed geographically is desired.Civil Engineering/Surveying, Site layout, BIM, site project management are very relevant experiences for the position.Customer facing leadership roles with proven service attitude.Given the youth of the business and need to learn and adapt, flexibility and ability to manage the change are a must.Strong skills in business relationships, problem solving, and excellent communication and influencing skills in cross-functional teams.Able to identify, propose and implement operational efficiencies.Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients on small to medium sized engagements.Travel25% of the timeAvailability to work on construction sites is a must.Experience our benefits:Being part of HP means access to an international community with lots of growth opportunities within the company, professional development resources, networking opportunities, while enjoying in a great atmosphere making an impact.  You will be able to choose to either work office-based or hybrid work style.Flexibility to keep a good work life balance.Health & Life insurance.Lunch at reduced prices at our canteen/ ticket restaurant vouchers.HP product discounts.Flex optimization program: Kindergarten tickets, public transportation tickets.Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
