Building a future ready strategic framework, breaking it down to executable elements and driving its execution by partnering across key stakeholders from Global Business Unit to our markets is what the role entails.This role brings together all elements of Product Solution, Go To Market, Marketing, Alliances, and builds a strong strategy and business plan, and leads the execution of the plan.If designing strategic frameworks, collaborating across a large organization, leading multiple projects, and working with a team of strong thinkers excites you, this is the role for you.Responsibilities:Build and own strategy and framework of WKS transitions aligned to the global Strategy & Business objectives.Drive 3 key workstreams in transition management-Demand supply enablement- Engage wide range of stakeholders including WW Category, Demand Planning and Lifecycle Management to develop an aligned approach on product volume transitions, ramp up of new generation and clean exit of older generations.Business enablement: Execute business projects by analyzing business landscape and finding opportunities for growth. Sales enablement- Align with markets and cross-functional owners to create/drive tools & assets to help execute the transition strategy.Ensure product transitions support other on-going Strategic Initiatives 4P’s and their business objectives. Engage with a wide range of stakeholders including GBU, Marketing, Alliances, Markets & peers within the Category 4P & Lifecycle team.Define detailed actions with owners & timelines and track diligently. Work with stakeholders to achieve progress as per required timelines.Define key investments required for success and work with required stakeholders to achieve those investments: Products, Opex, Marketing, Alliance, Sales etc.Drive execution and management update cadences including dashboard publish across key stakeholders and representing in executive forums.Skills:Strategic mindset with ability to develop business plans with executable elements.Strong project management skills with ability to drive multiple projects at the same timeSimplifying the complex:  Ability to simplify complex problems and provide choice points backed with sound data analysis.Storytelling: Ability to present complex business problems and build a strong narrative to drive objectives. Ability to align different team priorities and drive towards a common goal.Go getter attitude: Should be a self-starter, self-driven individual with an innovative and problem-solving mindset.Strong technical mindset with aptitude to comprehend multiple product roadmaps and technology trends and how they will evolve together in the future.Strong understanding of diverse business functions including product, marketing, finance, alliances and go to market.Ability to work in a large matrix organization with multiple stakeholders across the value chain, ensuring projects move ahead with specific timelines taking all stakeholders along.Strong Relationship skills at various levels including Executives and Senior ManagementQualification Required: Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration with Technical / Engineering BackgroundExperience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Product Management and / or Sales, Business Development and Project Management.Requires working across multiple time zones.
