The role will be based in the US, preferably on the West Coast.Requirements & essential skillsPassion for sustainability and drive to make a positive difference.Bachelor's or Master's degree (sustainability or environmental focus would be a plus)Excellent people management skills – minimum of 3 to 5 years successful management experience of a diverse, preferably international team, ideally in sustainability or business.Authentic customer service orientation combined with solid business acumen.Preferably, direct experience of customer facing or business development roles.Capacity to think strategically to develop new ideas and a strong plan; and the leadership, negotiation and influencing skills to rally support from internal and external stakeholders to deliver on our objectives.Strong problem-solving skills. Capacity to see “the big picture” in complex, fluid situations, then prioritize and take action with calm and efficiency, working at a fast pace in a flexible manner.Growth mindset - enthusiasm, ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Strong quality orientation. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $101,500.00 -- $156,350.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
