Service Segment ManagerDescription -Responsibilities: Resource will be reviewing the DART data with CS and WSS . This role will play key role in getting right costs for the deals.Role will need to engage closely with the country CS teams in Greater Asia and India markeProvides complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.Forecasts financial results within a broad scope.Leads business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.Represents the business unit during regions/geographies and WW teams or cross- functional planning processes ex: Budgeting ProcessRepresents services on product or solution core teams and provides service requirements into product / Service development stages/phases, e.g., Product warranty support and cost analysis,Utilizes in-depth understanding of customer business and complex requirements to develop a business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross-functional activities that drive continuous growth of the services business.Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive cost improvements.Education and Experience Required: First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.Typically 12+ years of experience as a financial analyst.Typically experienced in more than one finance function.Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in financial analysis.Excellent analytical skills.Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).Excellent communication and influencing skills.Superior teamwork skillsStrong business acumen.Good project management skills.Job -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (India)Travel -50%Relocation -YesEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
