This position is part of Service Supply Chain Operations EMEA team and a strategic position to enable HP’s transformational goal. CSSD EMEA Supply Chain PC department owns the spare parts fulfillment, whole unit repair and operation performance for the Replacement Parts Business and Device as a Service portfolio, during the support process. Main job responsibility is managing the e2e operational activities while supporting the transition to a new system and new business model. Job Responsibilities: Ensure Services Supply Chain excellent support and service delivery for both the Replacement Parts Business (RPB) & Device as a Service (Daas) segment.Lead transformation project and build new operational process to increase RPB & DaaS deals efficiency in Service’s Supply Chain. Outsourced Service and Support Partner Operational performance management (e2e Service level, warehouse and repair lines SL, e2e critical backlog, etc.).Ensuring on-time shipments to customers out of Outsourced Service and Support Partner.Logistics operations & management performance (Inbound and outbound).Ensure Reporting & follow up (Reporting, logistic partner etc.) as well as operational and executive reviews with RPB/DaaS and Supply Chain Management.Execution of unit priority management.Lead operation and process improvements e2e to enable further growth.Key deliverables/accountabilities:E2E regional operational performance management (Outsourced Service and Support Partner).KPI & performance monitoring (daily, weekly, monthly) as part of the Business Management System (BMS).Corrective action planning and follow-up.Daily performance & efficiency queries/decisions.Exception case management.Monthly Business Review & Quarterly Business Review participation preparation and support.Working relationships:Global Customer Support Services Business Enablement.Global and EMEA Service Category Management.Global PS Spare parts management.EMEA Services Supply Chain Transformation.EMEA Logistics.EMEA Contact Center.Reporting team.Planning team.Outsourced Service and Support Partner: SMS & Flex.Education (degree) and professional experience required:Materials/engineering/logistics degree or equivalent experience.Typically, 3+ years of experience in a supply chain function (or related fields).Typically, 0-2 years of direct or indirect people management experience.Other requirements:Entrepreneurship mindset.Good analytical skills.Attention to details.Capability to work with external partners.Experience in a multifunctional environment.Personal skills and qualities:Strong understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).Very strong analytical and data modeling skills.Very Strong communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language.Proven relationship management skills.Strong influencing skills.
