Integrated Marketing ManagerDescription -Within Advanced Compute Solutions (ACS)—part of the HP PC division—the marketing team is looking for a marketer to develop and execute against insights-led marketing strategies for new product introductions (NPIs) across Z by HP hardware, software, and solutions and future strategic initiatives in order to generate awareness, consideration, and preference and helping to drive the business goals and objectives of the ACS business.Responsibilities:Develop and drive the marketing strategy for NPIs and strategic initiatives and execute against resulting plans and campaigns.Grounded in insights, define and write differentiated positioning and value propositions by product, ensuring alignment with adjacent products and driving consistent execution across the mix.Drive end-to-end creation of all Omnichannel assets for NPIs inclusive of naming strategy, value propositions, messaging, landing pages, photography, videos, emails, and social posts.Ensure close collaboration with business partners, market marketing partners, and go to market teams to bring to life the 4Ps of marketing.Manage a roster of marketing agencies to develop world-class positioning and impactful marketing programs that are delivered on time and drive measurable resultsManage functional budgets and forecasting for assigned product line(s).Knowledge & Skills:Proven experience of driving multiple concurrent campaigns and programs, from insights to in-market (including production), to drive awareness, consideration, and purchaseDeep knowledge of digital, social, and content marketingBalance of strategic prowess and creative evaluation acumen with the ability to evaluate creative against strategy/insightsDeep understanding of the role of creative across the mix with an acute ability to ascertain great from average creativeStrong written and oral communications skills, including negotiating, presenting, and influencingStrong leadership skills including team building, conflict resolution and consensus-building, ideally in a matrix organizationDemonstrated skill driving asset production end to end & effectively managing agency relationshipsAbility to manage and influence virtual teamsAbility to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside HPExcellent project management skills with the ability to run multiple assignments simultaneouslyPragmatic approach to managing crises – someone who always finds a way to “get it done”Passionate, driven, dependable and transformational – a real change agentFlexibility to travel domestically and globally, pending corporate travel policies – minimal travel expectedImpact/Scope:Typically supports the manager and drives the most prominent products within the business.
