Print Transformation Office Program ManagerDescription -This role reports into the Print Transformation Office (PTO) which is responsible for driving business critical, cross-organizational, and highly visible transformation initiatives spanning Print. PTO provides consultation and expertise to enable the Future Ready Print. We enable a realistic view of what transformation is possible, identifying risks, choice points and savings opportunities. We influence investment dollars to better position Print investments. Specifically, this individual will be reporting and acting as a key advisor to the PTO Future Workforce Manager. Individual is responsible for program management, initiative tracking/reporting progress and facilitating alignment across multiple organizations. Additionally, they may be responsible for the successful creation, implementation, and running of new tools and processes to support initiatives. Responsibilities include: Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issuesDevelops analytical approach, project objectives and tacticsLeads complex analyses and summarizes business insights and recommendationsSupports PTO leadership to effectively lead meetings and events by providing business insightsContributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendationsLeads pan-Print teams or projects that drive strategic initiativesIdentifies required people, tools, and analysesCreates an effective teamwork engagement and governanceTracks initiative progress inclusive of identifying gaps and developing mitigation plansPrepares regular reports and/or dashboards for StakeholdersTool Development:Identifies analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisionsWorks independently to construct complex models for analysis, tracking and reportingKnowledge and Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, data manipulation and critical thinking skillsStrong relationship management skills, including team building, relationship building, collaboration, group facilitation, conflict resolution, communication skills and partnering and consultingExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills, and the ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and succinctlyAbility to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysisExcellent project management skills, including cross-functional initiatives, project structuring and managing multiple work streams independentlyAbility to work with/influence across all levels and functions within the organization to achieve actionable results through othersStrong organizational skills and attention-to-detail and quality of deliverablesAbility to prepare and deliver Executive level presentationsProficient in process automation to improve accuracy and efficiency in creating flexible models and reportsKnowledge of Excel and Smartsheet.
