Workforce Solutions Portfolio Marketing Manager - ChannelDescription -HP Inc. is ‘reinventing’ itself and in the process, launching new product categories and service offerings. The Workforce Solutions team is looking for a Channel Marketing Lead that can work with both portfolio marketing, product management and the channel organization within the commercial organization to create, drive and measure channel programs that are consistent with Workforce Solutions priorities, strategy, and vision.In this role as a Channel Marketing Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to support one of the company’s fastest growth areas – Workforce Solutins. If you like fast-paced entrepreneurial work environments, partnering with cross functional teams within Workforce Solutions and the commercial organization, and have a passion for execution excellence and supporting the team by developing impactful programs that help drive the services business, then this position is for you!Responsibilities: Global:·      Own channel strategy, program prioritization, metrics and  stakeholder communications.​·      Own channel marketing budget and agency engagement model​·      Create overall channel-facing narrative, value prop messaging ​·      Enable Global Business Units and Portfolio Marketing teams to create channel value-prop messaging ​·      Ensure all service specific assets align with strategic messaging​·      Manage the channel asset BoM (both to and through channel) aligned with launch categories ​·      Collaborate with Customer Marketing for through channel messaging and assets.​·      Manage expectations w/Global Business Unit stakeholders re: what assets/mindshare they get w/channel teams​·      Interface w/channel teams (WW and in-market for closed marketing feedback)​·      Enable channel teams to leverage WW channel content at channel facing events (internal & partner-facing)​·      Ensure that all channel assets are in the right place at the right time(newsletters, Partner Portal, Solution Source, etc.)​You’re our ideal candidate if you are… Knowledgeable about the channel – you have a deep understanding of and passion for the channel and partner marketing, to ensure our partners in different channel segments can be successful with our services and solutionsIntellectually curious and analytical – you have a good balance of business, technology, and market knowledge and can quickly analyze a situation and ask the right questionsGoal-oriented and tenacious – You’re self-motivated and structured in how you tackle and bring projects to a close. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $116,900 -- $169,500 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
